Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of genxiom.com and everything on it, including the enquiry form and the Xen chat assistant. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

These terms do not govern paid work. Any engagement with GenXiom is covered by a separate written proposal, scope and agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.

2. What this website is

This site is marketing and information material describing services GenXiom offers. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment to deliver any particular result, timeline or price. Pricing is provided in writing after we understand the scope.

3. No guarantee of results

Advertising, search and AI outcomes depend on your market, budget, product, competition and factors outside our control, including the policies and algorithms of third-party platforms. We describe our approach and our capabilities. We do not guarantee any specific commercial result, ranking, cost per lead, return on ad spend or conversion rate, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

4. The Xen assistant

Xen is an automated assistant powered by a third-party AI model. It is provided to help you work out which service is relevant to your problem.

• Xen can be wrong. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on anything Xen says as professional, legal, financial or technical advice.
• Xen cannot commit us to anything. It cannot quote a price, confirm a booking, agree a deadline or form a contract on GenXiom’s behalf. Only a written agreement from a person at GenXiom does that.
• Do not send sensitive information to Xen. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to what you type.
• Xen applies fair-use limits. We may restrict or withdraw access if it is misused.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the Xen chat service, or any connected system.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest the site at a rate or scale that degrades it for other visitors, or bypass any rate limit.
• Attempt to manipulate Xen into producing content unrelated to GenXiom, or to extract its underlying instructions.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the operation of the site.
• Reproduce substantial parts of the site’s content or design for a competing commercial offering.

6. Intellectual property

The GenXiom name, logo, the Xen character, the site design, copy, code and all original media on this site are owned by GenXiom and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view, share links to, and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not republish, resell or use them commercially without written permission.

Client names, logos and product imagery shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear as examples of work.

Ownership of work produced for a client under a paid engagement is dealt with in that engagement’s agreement, not here.

7. Third-party links

This site links to external services including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

8. Availability

We make no promise that the site or the Xen assistant will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenXiom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it, including anything generated by Xen.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what we store in your browser is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The last-updated date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
