Privacy Policy
This policy describes exactly what this website collects, and nothing it does not. It is written from the actual behaviour of the site rather than from a template.

Who we are
GenXiom is an AI solutions practice based in Lahore, Pakistan. We provide AI video and character production, Meta advertising, AI agents and automation, and web platform and SEO services.
For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at ammadajaz@genxiom.com or on WhatsApp at 0300-0441019.
What this website collects
There are exactly three ways this site collects information about you.
1. The enquiry form
The form on our contact page and homepage asks for your name, your email address, the service you are interested in, and a description of your business goal or challenge. Your company name is optional.
Where it goes: when you submit the form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing what you typed. Nothing is stored on our website and nothing is emailed automatically. The message is only sent when you press send inside WhatsApp. Until you do, the information stays on your device.
Once you send it, the conversation lives in WhatsApp and is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, and in our business WhatsApp account.
Why: to respond to your enquiry and scope the work. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form.
2. The Xen chat assistant
Xen is an AI assistant in the corner of the site. If you send it a message, that message text is transmitted to our chat service running on Cloudflare Workers, and from there to Cloudflare Workers AI, which generates the reply. Cloudflare receives your IP address as an unavoidable part of that request.
Xen also stores a random identifier in your browser so we can apply a fair-use limit per visitor. That identifier is described in our Cookie Policy. It contains no personal information and is not linked to your name or email.
Do not type sensitive information into Xen. It is a sales assistant, not a secure channel. Xen is instructed never to ask for passwords, payment card details, identity documents or health information, and you should never provide them.
Why: to help you identify which service fits your problem, and to prevent abuse of the service. Our lawful basis is your consent, given by choosing to send a message.
3. Web server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider records standard access logs when a page is served: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, the referring page and your browser user agent. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything from the form or from Xen.
What this website does not collect
We want to be specific, because most privacy policies are vague about this on purpose.
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom and no equivalent.
- No advertising pixels. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no LinkedIn Insight tag and no TikTok pixel on this website.
- No tag manager and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind.
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies at all. The single item stored in your browser is described in the Cookie Policy.
- No account system, no passwords and no payments taken on this site.
- No embedded third-party content — no YouTube players, no Google Maps, no social media widgets. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than from Google.
If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live, and the change will be reflected in the last-updated date above.
Who processes your data
| Processor | What they handle | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Our web hosting provider | Serving the website; standard access logs | See hosting provider |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Running the Xen chat service and generating its replies via Workers AI | Global edge network |
| Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) | Delivering and storing the enquiry conversation you choose to send | Per WhatsApp’s policy |
We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep things
- Enquiry conversations: kept in our WhatsApp business account and email for as long as needed to respond and to service an active engagement, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Ask us and we will delete a specific conversation.
- Xen chat messages: not stored by us. They are processed to generate a reply and are not written to any database we operate.
- The Xen visitor identifier: stays in your browser until you clear your browsing data. Clearing site data removes it.
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider under their standard retention period.
Your choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, including any WhatsApp conversation.
- Withdraw consent by telling us to stop contacting you.
- Remove the Xen identifier yourself by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain.
Email ammadajaz@genxiom.com and we will action the request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Where you are
This website is operated from Pakistan and is aimed at businesses in Pakistan. Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive data protection statute in force, so the commitments in this policy are ones we choose to make rather than ones imposed by a local regulator.
If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with its own data protection law and you want to exercise a right under it, contact us and we will handle your request on the same terms set out above.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The Xen chat service restricts requests to our own domain and applies per-visitor and per-IP rate limits. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes, the last-updated date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes to what we collect will be described here rather than made silently.
